Dears,
Congratulations, you were selected to participate at the University of Campinas’ Winter School 2018.
Please observe the following instructions:
1) Please send your confirmation of participation before April 9 th , 2018 through the e-mail gti@fcm.unicamp.br
2) Verify your VISA requirements, if necessary we can provide a statement of registration letter.
3) Verify about health insurance. It is required to attend the course.
4) You are entitled to receive free accommodations (shared two person room) and free meals.
5) Travel expenses (air tickets, ground transportation) are not covered by the University of Campinas.

Partial Accept and Waiting List

Dears,
Due to the fact we had more applications than available scholarships, we were not able to accept your application to participate at the University of Campinas’ Winter School 2018, in the terms published at the Winter School’s site.
Participation is possible if the student holds responsible for all his/her expenses (travel – air tickets and ground transportation, hotel accommodations and meals).
If you are still interested in participating, please follow these instructions:
1) Please your confirmation of participation before April 9 th , 2018 through the e-mail gti@fcm.unicamp.br
2) Verify your VISA requirements, if necessary we can provide a statement of registration letter.
3) Verify about health insurance. It is required to attend the course.
4) The student is responsible for all expenses.
Information regarding options for accommodations and meals will be sent to the students who confirm their interest in
participation.
